Individual Therapy
Gain tools, perspective, and support on your journey to find ease and joy in your life. You can expect to experience mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises, and restorative yoga in your therapy sessions in addition to talk therapy.
Couples Therapy
Learn empathetic communication skills, identify deep-rooted patterns, and release the cycle of criticism and defensiveness in your relationship. The goal of couple’s work is to feel more fully safe and seen in your relationship.
Classes & Groups
Gather with like-minded people to learn about yoga, mindfulness, and other holistic practices. Groups are a great way to engage in more affordable and community-focused services.
